SATT Exercises (Pick at least one):
Practices Times: Category - Time - Times / Week
Primary - 20 min - 2 / Week
Beginner - 30 min - 2 / Week
Pre-Premier (Competitive) - 30 to 45 min - 3 / Week
Advanced (Competitive) - 30 min to 1hr - 3 - 5 / Week
- Jumping Exercise (minimum 4 sets) or Skipping Rope (2 min)
- Barre Exercises - Plies, Points etc.
- Stretches - butterfly, ankle circles, toe touches etc.
Dances (Pick at Least One):
- Practice at least two dances
- Go through each step slow without music
- Do each dance to the music
- Practice my Weekly correction
- Go through the 3 ways to fix my correction
- Have a parent video tape my correction
SATT Exercises (Pick at least one):
- Do one core / leg / or arms exercise
- Do one turnout exercise
- Hold your splits for 2 minutes.
